The RoleThe Restaurant is set within our Audley Retirement village, which has its own health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar, and luxury suites. Audley villages comprise owners who permanently reside on site within their own private homes but also host external customers. You'll supervise the team to ensure that Audley Owners and External Customers have the highest quality of service and experience.You will ensure the team adheres to legislative requirements such as COSHH, Fire safety, Health & Safety, and Safeguarding of our owners. You will maintain high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout the bistro, restaurant, and customer areas.You will set and maintain the highest standards of dress appearance and be equipped to deal with sudden employee shortages, being able to deputise in any job capacity.
