A well-established and growing chain of restaurants in Johannesburg South is looking to hire a dedicated and dynamic Operations Manager . The restaurants offer a variety of meals catering to a broad customer base. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an individual who can ensure smooth operations across their branches. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the Johannesburg South branches, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant are managed efficiently. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a reliable vehicle for commuting between branches. Responsibilities: Operational Oversight Staff Management Inventory Management Customer Service Financial Management Quality Assurance Branch Coordination Reporting Requirements: Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car are essential for commuting between branches. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
