GROWING FAST FOOD CHAIN REQUIRES AN OPERATIONS MANAGER TO JOIN THE TEAM Responsibilities: You will report to and work closely with the CEO of the business as well as the restaurants support team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the restaurants operational functions as well as people management. Must be able to run a team of six staff members per shift. Requirements: At least 3 years experience in team management in a food retail environment. A working understanding of restaurant operations. Hands on approach, involved in every aspect of the restaurant, health and hygiene, training, recipes, portioning, ordering of food items, stock management, invoice capturing and staff management. Must ensure that adequate food is prepared in advance. Eye for detail, consistency and high quality food preparations. Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food. Customer management, ability to communicate with discretion, tact and diplomacy. Stock management checks. Must be able to account for losses and wastage and to do food costing. Comply with health and safety regulations. There is great opportunity for growth as there are more branches opening. You will be joining a vibrant and dynamic brand.
