Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our high-end clientele.Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.Foster a positive and productive work environment.Client Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and grace.Operational Efficiency:
Ensure the kitchen and dining room operate efficiently and effectively.Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring they meet our luxury standards.Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.Administrative Duties:
Manage scheduling, inventory, and supplies.Monitor and control operational costs.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Qualifications:
