Restaurant Manager

The Role:As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the Food and Beverage Management team in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive impeccable, personalized service and that all standards of quality, safety, and excellence are upheld.Whats in a Days Work?Implement and monitor service standards, policies, and processes to ensure a high-quality guest experience.Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and budget management.Train, mentor, and manage the restaurant team, fostering a culture of service excellence.Monitor guest feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes to enhance guest satisfaction.Support the team in achieving sales, up-selling, and waste reduction targets.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.Collaborate with purchasing to select suitable suppliers for the restaurants needs.Requirements:Diploma in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in a luxury restaurant management role within a 5-star environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and food & beverage management software.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.Exceptional service orientation with a commitment to guest satisfaction.Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.Benefits Package:Join an award-winning employer with a dedicated, passionate team.Competitive salary Free meals on duty and uniforms provided.Equal OpportunityValor Hospitality Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
