Job Description:Oversee all aspects of daily operations in the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer relations.Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costs.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as necessary.Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality standards and efficient operations.Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance operations.Qualifications:Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
