Proficiency in stock control, ordering, and managing supplier relationships. Financial acumen, including budget management and cost control. Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring smooth daily operations. Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain high standards of service and food quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
