Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star? As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the F&B branch function to ensure smooth operations.
This includes health and safety management, facility management, kitchen management, stock management, resource planning, customer service levels, financial profitability, cost control, adherence to departmental processes, and reporting.

A Bonus To Have: Food and Beverage qualificationFood and Beverage industry experienceMatricWhat You'll Do For The Brand: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food preparation and serving.Ensure internal F&B processes are followed.Ensure the GAAP system is operational.Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work and service areas.Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation.Coordinate kitchen and service resources for optimal delivery.Manage F&B branch cost and budget for financial targets.Oversee stock control and maintain accurate records.Schedule resources and assign duties effectively.Manage all Food and Beverage staff at the branch.Establish performance standards and conduct reviews.Ensure superior customer service and proactively address complaints.Submit daily, weekly, and monthly F&B reports.Collaborate with the Betting Branch Manager on customer experience improvements.Perform any other ad-hoc functions as requested by management.What You'll Bring To The Team: Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail.High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and reliability.So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
