with a highly demanding cliental seeks a highly skilled passionate and hard working GM to join and lead the team. Candidate will have upmarket restaurant gm experinece. Be reliable and of sober habits willing to relocate. Package will include accommodation and yearly return tickets home. Should have good wine knowledge.
