The General Manager will be responsible for the management and overall responsibility of the restaurants.
Supervision performance management and effective delegation to various junior managers and staff to ensure an efficient and smoothrunning restaurant.
This position is open to candidates who will be receiving training in South Africa.
Thereafter the position will be based in Flic En Flac for a minimum duration of 3 years.
The client will pay for the flights to Mauritius and motivate for a 3 years work visa.

Ensure effective communication between staff as well as management Ensure reports are issued timeously RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED 35 years in a similar role.
