This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of technology managers and team leaders, ensuring the effective and consistent execution of engineering disciplines across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the performance and integration of various engineering profiles to ensure cohesive and successful execution.Standardize engineering practices across all asset groupings and journeys, continuously improving maturity and efficiency in line with industry best practices.Manage resource capacity and scalability by establishing relationships with Smart Sourcing partners, ensuring the organization meets demand effectively.Develop and implement talent management plans to foster internal IP growth and ensure optimal use of resources.Evaluate and appoint new resources, both internal and external, while overseeing performance reviews and addressing any performance issues.Experience and Educational Requirements:Over 10 years of IT operations experience, with a strong background in managing technology and engineering teams.At least 5 years of experience in people management, demonstrating leadership and strategic planning skills.Proven track record in governance, risk and controls, stakeholder management, and client service management.Advanced Diplomas or National 1st Degrees in a relevant field.Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.If you are a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and team productivity, we invite you to apply for this pivotal role.
