RESORT MANAGER LIMPOPO PROVINCE - Phalaborwa This position requires a person with the below Resort Management experience Please dont apply if you dont have the necessary requirementsPrevious Hospitality / Resort Industry Management experience working within the Bushveld Position includes accommodation Required skills and experience required -· A minimum of 6 years experience in management of a Resort · Previous Staff management experience Vital· This person is required to speak both English, Afrikaans as well as African languages· Grade 12 and relevant certificate· Person ideally single and should be passionate about the Bushveld · Knowledge of calculations and Reservation Systems· Drivers license· Ability to manage time well and be well organized / Be tactful in dealing with guest and staff-related matters / Have the initiative to solve problems and perform under pressure · Must be a team player, but also be able to work on your own. Experience requirements include -· Overseeing the overall Management of the Resort property· General running and Management of a Resort· Management of a team· Manage income and expenses according to budget· Managing and implementation of the service and operating standards · Liaise with clients & suppliers· Participate in events, exhibitions, and marketing of the property· Executing monthly statistics and reports· Filing and other related administrative work· Implementation and Management of the Companys Financial and HR Policies, Company Health and Safety regulations Qualities required· Good organizer / Strategic planner / Strong work ethics / Self motivated· Flexible / Confident and outgoing / Customer orientated / Well organized Salary offering - R 20 000.00 to R 25 000.00 - (Depending on experience) Kindly Email your latest / Updated and current CV Profile to
