Resident Engineer - Roads

Must have BSc /B Eng /BTech in Civil Engineering
Must have a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience in construction monitoring and site supervision of work with a civil, structural and electrical interface (residential and industrial developments).
The candidate must be registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Technologist
Proficient in managing construction contract using various general conditions of contract such as the SAICE General Conditions of Contract, JBCC, FIDIC, NEC3
Good knowledge and experience in the SANS(SABS)1200 and COLTO Standard Specifications
Good knowledge and experience with the Construction Regulations 2014
