Reports To: Property Manager
Compensation: $500 monthly
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per month (Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends)
Position Overview:We are seeking an energetic and community-minded Resident Services Coordinator to enhance the living experience at Peachtree Senior through community engagement and supportive services, all in accordance with the LURA (Land Use Restriction Agreement). This position requires a proactive approach to planning activities, building positive relationships, and ensuring that residents have access to the resources they need for a high quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and execute resident activities and events that foster a sense of community, such as holiday celebrations, workshops, and social gatherings.Coordinate with community partners and service providers to offer education, health, and social services to residents, ensuring compliance in accordance with the LURA.Develop and distribute newsletters, flyers, and other communication materials to keep residents informed of events, services, and updates.Build strong relationships with residents, encouraging participation in activities and ensuring their voices are heard regarding community needs and concerns.Address resident concerns with empathy and escalate any unresolved issues to the Property Manager.Manage community spaces, including clubhouses and common areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained for resident use.Maintain a budget for resident services and activities, keeping accurate records of all expenditures and services provided.Collaborate with property management to ensure compliance with housing regulations, including requirements set forth by the LURA.Qualifications:Previous experience in property management, social services, customer service, or a related field is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of people.Ability to manage time efficiently, balance multiple priorities, and work independently.Familiarity with LITCH (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and LURA compliance is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications used for budgeting and communications.Bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, recreation, or property management is preferred.Apply Today:Join us at Rainey Property Management to help create vibrant, supportive communities where everyone thrives.
