Job DescriptionReports To: Property Manager
We are seeking a proactive and personable Part-Time Resident Coordinator to oversee and enhance the living experience at Peachtree Senior. This role involves managing resident relations, coordinating community activities, food pantry, brunches and training. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
Work Schedule: This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per month. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation: Will be paid $500 monthly.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and execute community events and activities that foster a sense of community and engagement among residents.Develop and distribute newsletters, flyers, and other communication materials to keep residents informed about upcoming events and property updates.Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, community partners, and local organizations to enhance the overall quality of life for tenants.Coordinate with community partners and service providers to offer supportive services for tenants, including education, health, and social services.Provide exceptional customer service and act as a positive representative of the property.Address any resident complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction. Reporting all concerns to the Property Manager.QualificationsPrevious experience in property management, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends as required.
