Qualifications: 3-5 years of hospitality reservations experience Knowledge of PAN Hospitality software is advantageous Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team Willingness to work remotely in a lodge environment Additional customer service experience is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is beneficial J ob description : Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for guests interested in Samara. Efficiently manage the reservation process from initial inquiry to final booking. Strategically sell accommodations and experiences to maximize revenue while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Cultivate strong relationships with tour operators and travel advisors by providing prompt and detailed information. Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and create tailored itineraries for VIPs and themed trips. Ensure accurate and up-to-date rates and booking terms are displayed on online platforms. Generate comprehensive reports on sales, income, new business, inquiries, and booking releases. Contribute to the smooth operation of the reservations office by performing general administrative tasks.
