Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservations/Front Office Manager/Supervisor to join our team in the picturesque town of Sabie, Mpumalanga. This live-in position offers an excellent opportunity to lead our front office operations and drive our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Reservations Management: Oversee all aspects of reservations and manage the front office operations efficiently.

Marketing: Develop and implement online marketing strategies, create digital flyers and promotions, and enhance our online presence.

Group Bookings: Coordinate group bookings from tour operators and ensure seamless experiences for our guests.

Weddings and Special Events: Experience in managing weddings and special events is advantageous.

Online Booking Platforms: Proficiency in multiple online booking platforms such as Bookings.com and Lekkerslaap.

Software Proficiency
Nightsbridge: Experience with Nightsbridge software is essential.

Language Proficiency
Fluent in Both Afrikaans and English
