Reservations Coordinator

Fancourt, South Africas premier golfing, leisure and lifestyle destination, is situated in George in the heart of the Garden Route. Our Reservations team is now accepting applications for a Reservations Coordinator someone with drive and passion for the industry and with a keen eye for detail and is guest focused. The ideal candidate will have excellent telephonic skills, a flair for up-selling and a keen eye for detail. Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, a knowledge of MS Office suite and at least 1 years work experience in reservations, sales or customer services. Golf knowledge would be a further advantage. Duties include, but are not limited to: Reservations and enquiries are timeously processed, accurate data captured;Ensure quotes, confirmations and enquires are responded to within the turnaround time;Collating pro-forma invoices and following up of prepayment;Follow up on provisional reservations;Updating reservations according to amendments;Assist with general administrative support to Reservations Team;Ensure all quotes are loaded onto CIMSO;Assist the coordinators with rooming lists for groups/parties;Maintaining the weekly function sheets.We are looking for candidates who have their own accommodation in George / surrounds, who are flexible if overtime is required, and who are fit and able to carry out the normal responsibilities attached to this role.If you believe you have suitable experience and qualifications, please apply online.Application Process:Closing date: 24 November 2024How to apply:
