Hello there We are looking for a motivated, bright and professional individual to join our team As a Data Entry Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client by providing assistance with various financial projects. Our client specializes in managing multifamily residential housing properties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. This is a remote position. What you are going to do: · Handling the invoices process (receiving, verifying and processing invoices). · Encoding in Appfolio: inputting information, possibly related to property management tasks, into the Appfolio system. · Reviewing the encoded information in Appfolio to ensure accuracy and completeness, and then approving it for further processing. What we need: · Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time. · Accuracy while processing tasks efficiently, ensuring that invoicing and coding are done precisely. · A background in bookkeeping or financial tasks, enabling effective management of financial records and transactions. · Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English to effectively handle tasks, communication, and documentation. · Schedule is Monday-Friday 9 am- 6 pm EST · Knowledge of Appfolio would be a huge plus
