Candidate Requirements:Grade 12A qualification in hospitality is advantageous At least 3 years of experience in a similar positionMust submit application with a Police Clearance certificateWorking knowledge of OPERA PMS is required Should have excellent customer service & organizational skills Must have a valid RSA IDA valid drivers license is beneficial Must have excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)Must be proficient in English Should be a self-starter with good negotiation skills Must be dedicated, a team player, friendly and professional Key Responsibilities:Communicate with guests, as well as the Central ReservationsProvide an exceptional customer service experienceManage Group, Conference & Function BookingsCoordinate bookings & uphold a high level of regular, frequent, accurate and timely communication to all related departments within the lodgeProactively anticipate guests needs and delivering first class experiencesEnsure that our service and product deliver the highest level of guest satisfactionMonitor customers needs and promptly handle requests Medical Aid and Provident Fund contribution. This is a live-in position.
