Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 A qualification in hospitality is advantageous At least 3 years of experience in a similar position Must submit application with a Police Clearance certificate Working knowledge of OPERA PMS is required Should have excellent customer service & organizational skills Must have a valid RSA ID A valid drivers license is beneficial Must have excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) Must be proficient in English Should be a self-starter with good negotiation skills Must be dedicated, a team player, friendly and professional Key Responsibilities: Communicate with guests, as well as the Central Reservations Provide an exceptional customer service experience Manage Group, Conference & Function Bookings Coordinate bookings & uphold a high level of regular, frequent, accurate and timely communication to all related departments within the lodge Proactively anticipate guests needs and delivering first class experiences Ensure that our service and product deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction Monitor customers needs and promptly handle requests Medical Aid and Provident Fund contribution. This is a live-in position.
