Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionCaters to room inquiries and reservations on a daily basis received via telephone calls and emails with full utilization of Opera PMS for creating and updating room reservations.Maintains an outstanding reputation for the Hotel and provides the most accurate and up-to-date services and information to guests.Works towards maximizing hotel revenues by promoting upselling in the department, ensuring efficient availability control procedures and overbooking decisions.QualificationsGraduate of a degree in hospitality management or a related discipline is an asset.Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in reservation.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows applications and Opera PMS.Discover a world where life pulses with passion.
