Join to apply for the Reservation & Sales Coordinator (m/f) Site-based role at Le Grand Bellevue Gstaad.IntroductionConsidered as one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotels in Gstaad, LE GRAND BELLEVUE combines the luxury and the sophistication of a grand hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house.We are looking forward to welcoming a new team member for the position:GROUPS & LEISURE SALES COORDINATOR (m/w) - 50%RESERVATION AGENT - 50%Key ResponsibilitiesGROUPS & LEISURE SALES COORDINATORCoordinate Groups from the enquiry stage to final invoice, collaborating with each department of the hotel to communicate all Group-related special requests and information such as VIPs, Group leaders, and rooming lists, ensuring smooth and organized operations.Support in pulling out key data and figures from our PMS Opera at the end of each season and co-participate in elaborating the Sales & Marketing strategy.Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team on various projects to generate leads, manage inquiries, and convert potential guests into confirmed bookings.Handle all Sales related activities while the Head of Sales is away on business trips or on annual leave.Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to create tailored experiences.Become an expert on the property's amenities, services, and unique offerings to present them persuasively to potential guests.RESERVATION AGENTProfessional telephone and written communication.Processing of reservation requests.Active room and voucher sales.Creation of offers.Maintaining the guest database.Guest service in three languages (d/f/e) as well as the associated correspondence.Qualifications & SkillsGROUPS & LEISURE SALES COORDINATORA passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and dynamic mindset.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, team player, and good time management skills.Previous experience in luxury hospitality and/or in Sales.A degree in the field of business administration, tourism or hotel industry.Fluent command of English (French and/or German are highly appreciated).RESERVATION AGENTAt least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area.Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e).Good computer and MS Office skills.Ideally Opera knowledge (Opera Cloud).Guest-oriented, professional work and sales talent.Why Joining Le Grand BellevueWorking at Le Grand Bellevue means becoming part of a team that prides itself on delivering a genuine and authentic service amidst the stunning beauty of the Swiss Alps.
