Job DescriptionMain Duties:AdministrationLiaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.Ensure that the team members adhere to Human Resource policies.Customer ServiceMaintain guest profiles and update them regularly.Interact with guests to understand their requirements.FinancialMaintain a high level of room sales by upselling.Adhere to Accor guidelines for all financial procedures.Ensure maximum room occupancy within the agreed overbooking policy.Balance accounts on a daily basis.OperationalAdhere to Standard Operating Procedures and policies.Ensure maximum room occupancy within the agreed overbooking policy.Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls promptly and courteously.Ensure all calls are handled according to Resa Vision training.Check the grooming and hygiene of the team.Conduct briefings for the Reservation team.Communicate with FOM all information likely to be of interest to them.Prepare the reservation team for different rate queries and train the team.Practice upselling of rooms.Ensure the team strives to achieve the department's budget and goals.Take care of guest special requests.Communicate airport pickups and drops to the concierge chief in a timely manner.Mark all VIPs in the system accordingly.Ensure the Opera system does not have double guest profiles.Ensure that the fields picked up in Opera correspond to guest information.Prepare reports in a proper manner.PersonnelAbility to accept responsibility.Self-confidence, motivation, drive, and tenacity.Ability to enhance organizational performance.Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.Other DutiesEnsure cleanliness of all areas under supervision.Assist other departments in case of emergency.Occupational Health & SafetyEmployee Responsibility: All employees must safeguard their health and safety, and the health and safety of others in the workplace.Replacement and Temporary Mission: Be ready and responsible for any job assigned by Management.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:Guest-focused personality is essential.Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent.
