Proven expertise in working with enzymes and applying scientific, engineering, and consumer insights in product development.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Ability to translate scientific principles into practical applications in research, formulation, and commercialization of food products.
Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in the food industry, particularly in scientifically developing and launching products.
