Key ResponsibilitiesSales Achieve agreed sales targets.Achieve agreed profitability targets.Actively look for and create opportunities within the market.Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and future customers.Establish and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.Achieve agreed customer visits.Provide after sales service and regular entertainment of customers. Market and competitor analysis Conduct market and competitor analysis.Investigate, report, and understand the organizational structure of clients. Administration Ensure timely and accurate completion of enquiries, quotes, and tenders.Ensure the timely and accurate loading of Rental orders on the ERP system.Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all internal administration.Assist the relevant accounts personnel with the collection of outstanding / overdue payments.Timely and accurate completion of weekly and monthly reports.Compliance to all reasonable instructions. Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Control Compliance to the SHEQ code of conduct and standards.Compliance to all COVID protocols required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Grade 12Diploma / Degree in Sales/Marketing or related fieldValid driver's license MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years relevant experienceSuccessful track record in achieving targetsReport writing and previous experience using an ERP systemAbility to read construction drawings KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Valid Driver's license with at least 2-years driving experienceGood understanding of sales and rentalsCompetent in administrative tasks (i.e., doing quotations, weekly sales reporting, lease agreements)MS Office packagesMobile units/ construction product knowledgeLogistics understanding (truck configuration)Market IntelligenceCost controlStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and colleaguesGood sales and communication skillsEnergetic, target driven and adaptableGood planning and organizing skills
