Requirements: Certified Property Practitioner with a track record in managing residential and commercial rentals Demonstrate a proactive, target oriented approach and  initiative Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in finding rental properties that meet their needs and budget Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property Handle rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants Stay updated on market trends and property values Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet legal standards Address and resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally Utilize various marketing strategies to promote available rental properties Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
