Our client, a luxury lodge in Groblersbrug, is looking for a Front of House Attendant, to provide phenomenal service to their guests.
Requirements
2 – 3 years' experience in a similar position
Previous lodge experience beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to greet guests warmly and handle enquiries or complaints professionally
Maintain a polite and friendly demeanour at all times
Proficiency in using property management systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone calls
A well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak periods
Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Ability to work effectively within a team
Proficiency in English is essential
