Remote Concierge

Our client in the health industry is seeking a dedicated Remote Concierge.
In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining positive patient relationships.
Your responsibilities include greeting patients virtually, collecting their information, answering inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and assisting with or overseeing patient financing.
As the key point of contact, your goal is to ensure every patient enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience throughout their journey.
You will oversee the virtual office operations, acting as the "quarterback" to ensure a smooth enrolment process and an efficient patient flow.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will embody the company's core values—teamwork, resilience, open-mindedness, ownership, and positivity—in your interactions with patients, their families, the community, and colleagues.
SALARY - $900 PER MONTH TYPE OF WORK - FULL TIME (REMOTE) WORK SCHEDULE - US EAST COAST TIME ZONE Requirements In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry) Comfortable working remotely within the US East Coast time zone.
Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Efficient problem solver.
Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred.
Experience with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office.
High School Diploma / Matric.
Medical Office Experience preferred.
With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup.
