Relief Catering Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Relief Catering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be required to manage the different catering units on a monthly basis through setting and maintaining service delivery standards. It will be your responsibility to lead, motivate, and train staff, as well as implement and maintain operational controls in line with budgetary requirements.Established in 1975, Feedem is a large contract catering company in South Africa, managing in excess of 300 sites and employing more than 5,000 people ranging from dieticians, chefs, and human capital specialists to hygiene experts.We provide a wide range of catering and associated services to clients in all industries, customizing our catering and services according to their needs.
