Reliability Manager

We're on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated Reliability Manager to join our dynamic team at our leading company. If you're passionate about managing critical operations and leveraging your technical knowledge to optimise system reliability, this role is for you.Preferred Qualifications:BSc or B Tech degree in Engineering or related fieldProven experience in managing reliability programs or operational management rolesFamiliarity with reliability risk management and failure mode methodologiesGood knowledge in PV systems design, operations and maintenanceStrong understanding of system reliability metrics and statistical analysisExcellent ability to lead and inspire a team, with exemplary communication skills
