To lead and drive execution of Agile Release Train (ART) processes, monitor, control, manage dependencies, resolve and remove impediments, and mitigate risks across the ART. Drive continuous improvement to assure consistent value delivery. Provide visibility of health of feature delivery and overall program increment. Promote Lean-Agile transformation, influencing and coaching leaders and teams in the new processes and mindsets, adapting Agile frameworks to the organization, and standardizing practices leading to Enterprise agility.
Improve and optimize the flow of value by assessing and improving the practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.Act as the subject matter expert by influencing and coaching the ART (including senior business product owners) on Agile adaptation, standardizing and documenting practices in order to optimize the flow of value through the ART(s) using various tools.Engage directly with senior executives within and, where necessary, across countries to ensure effective and transparent communication with stakeholders, escalate unresolved impediments, identify and mitigate risks, and drive program success ensuring consistent value delivery.Monitor and track all program level dependencies and risks by orchestrating the execution by all Delivery Engineers and Scrum Masters and facilitate the resolution of impediments within the span of influence and resolve escalated impediments.Lead and drive Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness by implementing a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs through Pre- and Post-PI Planning events.Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Information Technology
A post graduate degree in Information Technology would be beneficial.This role requires a first degree in Information Technology. In addition, Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org), or Certified SAFe Scrum Master (Scaled Agile) certification would be required.
Experience Required Delivery Facilitation / Agile Transformation Technology
8-10 years
Experience with SAFe 4 framework and implementation of Agile Release Trains and facilitating Lean-Agile Programme execution in large solution and/or programme execution using the SAFe 4 framework and experience as a scrum master using Kanban software.

Good understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency and working collaboratively across teams.
