Job DescriptionTo support the Business Relationship Manager by analysing credit data to estimate degree of risk in extending credit or lending money in support of a broader client relationship.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyse credit data to estimate degree of risk in extending credit or lending money in support of a broader client relationship.Achieve year on year revenue growth versus budget for team portfolio.Deliver exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards.Act as the point of contact for the defined customer portfolio.Resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer.Manage the growth of active customer account base to increase client base.Ensure competent portfolio management as well as asset and liability growth.Maximise Business Portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.Convert identified leads into successful sales.Achieve individual targets as set according to appropriate business area or sales plan.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Manage the percentage of facility documents outstanding in excess of 60 days after renewal as measured by the Collateral team per BS Team/region based on facilities approved and documents submitted.Ensure effective data management by addressing expired limits against set targets.Prepare credit proposals for review by the Credit Product House.Maintain compliance with procedures and processes.Stay updated with market developments, particularly regarding process and credit policy.Manage own development to increase competencies.Minimum Requirements2-3 years of Relationship Analyst Sales experience in a Commercial Banking environment.NQF5 (Financial).Credit Management exposure is a plus.Experience in dealing with high-level customer queries.Not an unrehabilitated insolvent.You will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are:Adaptable and curious.Sales driven.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Client-centric.Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
