Key Responsibilities:Drive compliance and regulatory frameworks within the business units and corporate services.Engage with industry regulators and manage compliance processes to support business needs.Evaluate and advise on the impact of new legislation and regulations.Manage and resolve compliance-related disputes and litigation risks.Oversee anti-money laundering programs, privacy compliance, and intellectual property management.What Were Looking For:Law degree (B Proc, LLB); admitted attorney or advocate preferred.8+ years of experience in compliance management, with at least 3 years in a senior position.Expertise in regulatory, food, intellectual property, and trade law, particularly within the consumer goods sector.Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.Join our client to help shape a strong compliance culture that supports their business integrity and growth.
