The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, directing, and supporting a high-performing sales team, as well as communicating and executing best practices in the field.
This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree or National Board Approved Licensure, a minimum of 2 years in sales management, and at least 3 years' experience in the home health industry.
The Regional Vice President of Sales will also be tasked with recruiting top sales talent, fostering a culture of teamwork, and maintaining a high level of engagement within the sales force.
