The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in our chemical products within the designated region. The Regional Sales Manager will manage and expand the customer base, build strong relationships with key clients, and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the regionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer baseBuild and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholdersProvide technical product support and training to customers as neededMonitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competitionPrepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior managementWork closely with the marketing and product development teams to develop and launch new productsAttend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our productsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of sales experience in the chemical industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of chemical products and industry trendsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteSalary: negotiable.
