An established cleaning company is looking for an experienced Regional Manager for the Gauteng Region to oversee contracts, clients, and to engage in sales/business development.
Key Performance Indicators:

Regional managers are responsible for ensuring that staff maintain sites according to our laid down standards.
Regional managers must be well organized in terms of managing payroll, admin, and client expectations.
Management of client expectations relative to the actual delivery of the service.
Managing the consumables budget is key to good overall site management.
Time management is essential to ensure that all sites are visited as agreed.
Ability to adapt to changes in the economic cycle.
Ability to grow subordinates.
Ensuring that staff are well trained.
Ensuring sites are well equipped with consumables.

Ability to work under pressure.
Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm.
Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility.
Planning and organizational skills.
Very strong administration, Excel, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently.

Education/Qualifications:

Matric or a relevant qualification at a level 4.
A management qualification at a level 5 would be beneficial.
