About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Head to lead our team in developing aligned and integrated tactics that interpret strategic business plans. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for facilitating high performance levels across areas of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances
Coach the team through providing advice on subject matter, solutions, principles and processes, and personal progression with the aim to improve performance
Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence
Set tactical goals and optimize the use of people, finances and technologies to realize those goals
Integrate business information, compare, analyze and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposes
Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership

Requirements

Relevant degree and RE 5
Post Grad degree plus RE 1
5 to 8 years' experience in a similar Financial Services environment, of which 2 to 3 years ideally at management level
JSE registered Stockbroker would be an added advantage
