: TRG 2129 Salary: Market related TCTC available/negotiable Start Date: As soon as possible / Negotiable An opportunity for an experienced Regional General Manager is required for permanent employment overseeing the 3x Northern Regions (Northern Cape, North West & Limpopo).
Key Responsibilities Participate in the creation of the overall company strategy and translate it into a Regional Strategy and Operating Plan.
Create organizational capacity and manage the integration of Commercial and Operations activities.
Drive growth and profitability of the Region in line with the Commercial and Operational Strategy.
Manage day-to-day activities within the Regional Hub.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills (Non-negotiable) Minimum: Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Business/Sales/Leadership (NQF 6 or 7) Advantage: Post graduate business qualification (NFQ 8 or 9) Approximate: >5 years General Management experience at middle to senior management level Minimum: 5 years' experience in a Sales or Commercial function at a middle to senior management level.
Minimum: 5 years' experience in handling multi-branch operations.
Experience: In a rental industry with short- and long-term rentals, preferably in mining, construction, heavy and light industrial sectors.
Duties & Responsibilities Translate the overall company Strategy into an effective Regional Business Plan.
Ensure an in-depth understanding of the Regional Operating Plan and company's operational framework.
Drive regional growth through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Lead and manage the effectiveness of operating functions across the Region.
Manage customer relations and service standards.
