GroupM EMEA is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of Regional Transformation Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead. The CoE Lead will be responsible for driving business transformation across 40+ markets within Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) by leading and guiding a team of 20 specialists in systems, process, transformation, and robotics process automation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a diverse team of specialists to deliver impactful business transformation initiatives.
Balance the push for global standardization with the pull from individual markets to resolve business issues effectively.
Ensure the full benefits of new systems are realized through comprehensive business change, including business and process design, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholder groups to deliver projects on time and make decisions that propel the business forward.
Oversee projects from feasibility and high-level business case development through to detailed design, implementation, and benefits tracking.
Develop and maintain a centralized repository for tracking business cases.
Provide regional frameworks to markets, enabling them to execute strategies without compromising competitive advantage.
Manage the budget for rolling out transformation initiatives across the EMEA region.
Partake and contribute to global projects to push the business forward.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading business transformation projects in a multinational environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of specialists.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to drive alignment between global standards and market-specific needs.
Proficiency in business and process design, as well as change management principles.
Experience in developing high-level business cases and tracking their benefits.
Ability to manage a budget and allocate resources effectively across a large region.
Knowledge of systems, process automation, and robotics process automation is a baseline requirement.
Experience in finance and central operations is highly desirable.
