Position: Regional Business Development Manager - East AfricaCompany: A Conglomerate in the Packaging Industry in East AfricaRequirements: Must have good experience in selling/business development with MNC clients.Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new export markets and customer segments.Generate demand for products in target export markets.Build a pipeline of opportunities and work with senior management and board to unblock and create new opportunities.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.Lead negotiation of contracts for products.Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.Monitor and evaluate business development initiatives and strategies for effectiveness and efficiency.Salary: Excellent compensation package with benefits.
