Reports to: Assistant Vice PresidentSupervises: Assistant Managers & their respective TeamsThis role is primarily responsible for monitoring, assessing, and developing the channels of hiring, and hiring the right kind of people in the Organization within the specified time and cost.
To ensure:Smooth Functioning of the various channels of RecruitmentTo mentor the Executives, in respective TeamsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSImproving process performance by recruiting the right people for the job within the specified time and costLiaising with the Process Owners to jointly agree on the number of people to be recruited, their profiles and the time frames for the sameMaintaining the quality of people hiredTo develop and monitor the performance of various channels of recruitment / hiring including the outstation recruitment offices.
Ensure a good mix of channels, increase cost-consciousness and make optimum use of advertising mediaRelationship Management with vendors (Recruitment Agencies).
