While the primary responsibility is key management, the role also involves customer interaction and showroom assistance when necessary.Specific Role ResponsibilitiesManage and control the key vault with precision, including scanning keys in and out daily.Ensure all keys are returned promptly after each test drive and vehicles are parked correctly.Report vehicle issues promptly and provide administrative support by retrieving vehicle information as needed.Conduct key stock take audits mid-month and month-end.Fulfill any other duties as assigned.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in a high-intensity administration role.Valid Driver's License (code 08)Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.Contactable references and clear criminal record.Compensation and BenefitsR100 000 per year (Provident Fund Included)Business Incentive Scheme in additionPermanent ContractSkills and Personal AttributesAbility to work independently and as part of a small team.High degree of personal responsibility with no margin for error.Trustworthiness and reliability are essential.Hands-on approach with significant attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills.CLICK HERE TO APPLY
