Job Overview – Recruitment HRBP The RHRBP would be responsible for working closely with the HR & Recruitment Manager in managing high volume recruitment whilst ensuring that the company attracts and retains the best caliber in the market by adopting the Teleperformance DNA.
Main Responsibilities (but not limited to) Working to industry best practice with regards to talent management; attraction and retention. Working alongside all business leads to ensure the company attracts and hires the best talent. Proactive recruitment for future vacancies as a result of business projections (Bulk & Professional Services). Analyzing data, using statistical methods and applications, in order to evaluate market trends and industry benchmarking. Develop interview techniques, rating scales, and abilities, and interests for the purpose of employee selection and placement for high volume recruitment. Identifying abilities and developing potential through using tests and job-relevant exercises and assessment at selection. Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies. Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process. Handling of recruitment and training of new Recruiters. Reviewing, writing and implementing procedures. Monitor high levels of quality rendered in order to minimize errors. Manage recruitment reports and implement improvements. Competencies & Skills Required Solid understanding of how training can influence achievement of business objectives. Strong motivational skills to develop people's attitudes and skills. Excellent communication skills to impart knowledge and information. Ability to identify and respond appropriately to training requirements demonstrating flexibility in shifting priorities. Committed, enthusiastic, positive and resilient. Able to cope in a high-pressure environment. Comfortable with adapting to fast paced change. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems through data analysis. Excellent communication skills. Initiating action with planning and organizing skills. Basic computer skills including Excel and Word. Logical and structured approach to handling tasks. Ability to work under pressure. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Reflects Teleperformance's values in their dealings with others, internally and externally. Qualifications and Experience Matric/Equivalent. Proven track record in Bulk/Specialized Recruitment within the Contact Centre industry – Preferred. Sound knowledge of employment law and legislation – Essential.
