Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team! In this role, you'll connect high-caliber candidates with diverse opportunities in industries ranging from tech to finance. You'll manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to collaborating closely with clients, ensuring the best matches for long-term success. With the support of our sales and operational teams, plus cutting-edge cloud-based tools, you'll have everything you need to make an impact and excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Client Collaboration: Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their unique hiring needs. Deliver strategic, consultative recruitment services that align with their business goals. Candidate Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and qualify top candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure an excellent match with client requirements. Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial candidate engagement through to placement and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates. Sales Collaboration: Work with our dedicated sales support team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our client base. Data Management and Reporting: Keep accurate records in our CRM (monday.com) to track interactions with candidates and clients. Regularly report on key metrics to drive efficiency and performance. Requirements: Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, ideally with a background in high-volume or fast-paced environments. Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to foster trust-based relationships with clients and candidates. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools and cloud-based systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams, monday.com) to track recruitment stages and support seamless remote collaboration. Reliability and Resilience: Stable office setup with reliable WiFi, power backup, and a proactive approach to managing potential infrastructure challenges.
