Key Responsibilities:Manage 20+ job openings at once, efficiently sourcing and interviewing candidates under tight deadlines.Work under pressure to meet urgent hiring needs, ensuring top-quality recruitment even in high-stress situations.Think creatively and solve problems to find top candidates for hard-to-fill roles.Collaborate closely with international clients to understand their unique needs and tailor recruitment strategies.Write compelling job descriptions that resonate with both local and global markets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, focusing on talent development and nurturing for future roles.Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing insight on talent trends, global hiring practices, and best recruitment solutions.Continuously develop a talent pipeline to support future growth and client needs.Requirements:3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume, fast-paced environments.Ability to manage multiple roles and tight deadlines, without compromising on quality.Proven problem-solving skills to creatively address client needs and fill challenging roles.Experience working with international clients and understanding global market dynamics.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with both candidates and clients.Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and stay organized while managing competing priorities.Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.Equipment Needs:Reliable high-speed internet connection.Laptop or desktop for managing virtual interviews and communications with clients and candidates.
