Recruitment Consultant

This is an opportunity to join a growing division in Cape Town. TGRC is a global market-leading green recruitment business. With roles across tech, engineering, finance, legal, and investment, we are a B Corp certified business who walks-the-walk when it comes to the renewables industry.
You will join a team with a collective goal, training where needed and a long-term plan in SA not only to deliver to our local clients but support our international growth across the US, Europe, and Africa.
There will be an opportunity to grow and progress, travel, and where applicable have sponsorship to move. Any language skills such as Dutch, German, French, or Spanish would be very desirable but in no way essential. Some experience in candidate sourcing and management would be ideal. However, we value character and teamwork above all else.
The ideal candidate will excel in this position if they can successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfill the clients' needs by matching clients with the company's recruiting needs. To do so, the candidate must source and qualify leads that meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will need to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner.
