Salary: to £40K
Hours: usual education early starts 7am - 4/5pm depending on shift
Work location: office 3pdw, home 2dpw, school holidays shorter hours
Commission: OTE to c£55K
Training: Classroom + on the job with the manager
Reason for vacancy: Expansion in business
Progression: Promotion to Team Leader

It's a fast paced and ever-changing day during term time, with early starts and some late finishes across the week, and a full territory-based recruitment role; sales, business development, candidate interviews and placement, client visits.

For this client, I'm looking for two people to join a high achieving team. Perhaps your next steps into management or team leader are not being realised where you are? Maybe you have some good ideas around business development or candidate generation that are being ignored?
