Your responsibilities will include: Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and attracting high-caliber candidates for various roles.Drive new business initiatives, fostering long-term partnerships with clients.Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise to broaden our client base.Offer strategic advice on market trends, industry benchmarks, and innovative talent strategies, enhancing our competitive edge.Develop and maintain client relationships, providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs.Create detailed reports that reflect market dynamics and uncover opportunities for client and business growth.Coordinate closely with our candidate delivery team to ensure seamless candidate sourcing, mapping, and placements.What we are looking for: Extensive experience in 360 recruitment, with a proven track record in agency recruitment and business development.Exceptional ability in spotting new business opportunities and developing them into long-term partnerships.Demonstrated capability to interact with and influence clients at all levels, backed by strong presence and strategic insight.Ability to manage a high-performing desk, meeting ambitious targets while fostering teamwork to maintain high service levels.A passion for business development and sales, with a proactive approach to driving growth.
