Healthcare/ Medical Recruiter

Healthcare Recruiter  Remote: (Must reside in South Africa)  We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiters to join our team.
This remote role involves working in shifts (day, evening, night, or 12-hour shifts) to ensure timely review and processing of resumes.
Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate resumes for healthcare positions.
Enter candidate information into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Bluesky.
Send out applications to qualified candidates.
Assign and manage skills checklists for candidates.
Reach out to candidates promptly for further steps in the recruitment process.
Requirements: Must have a reliable laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection.
Willingness to work night and day shifts.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with ATS systems, preferably Bluesky, is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
